To receive a refund, travelers may cancel up to 48 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period. NOTE: Tour may get cancelled due to bad weather conditions for safety reasons. If this happens we will notify you to reschedule tour and if you cannot reschedule then you will receive a 100% refund.
